At Casablanca Clothing Men, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our team is here to help with an easy, transparent return process.
1) Return Eligibility & Condition
- Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery for most items.
- Item condition: New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors or marks.
- Packaging: Include original tags, labels, garment bags, branded boxes, and accessories.
- Shoe/boxed goods: Try on over clean surfaces; return in the original undamaged box placed inside a shipping carton.
- Sets/bundles: Must be returned as complete sets.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
2) How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Returns without RA may be refused.
- Pack securely. Remove or cover prior labels; include any provided RA slip.
- Ship using the provided label (if applicable) or a trackable service of your choice.
For time-sensitive exchanges, contact us to reserve your replacement item while your return is in transit.
3) Refunds & Processing Times
- Inspection: 1–3 business days after delivery to our facility.
- Refund issuance: Typically 3–5 business days after approval to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- Duties/taxes: Generally non-refundable. Check with your local customs office.
- Partial refunds: May apply for missing components, wear, or damage.
- Store credit: Available upon request for eligible returns.

4) Exchanges
- Size/color exchanges are offered when stock permits.
- We can ship an exchange once the original item scans in transit or passes inspection.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund per policy.
- Price differences (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
5) International Returns & Duties
- Mark packages as “Return—Goods” on the airway bill and customs forms.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, and fees unless we are at fault.
- Refused deliveries: Original and return shipping plus any assessed fees may be deducted from your refund.
- Currency differences: Refunds are issued in USD; exchange rate variances may occur.
6) Non‑Returnable Items
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on product or at checkout).
- Underwear, swimwear with removed/altered hygiene liners, and face masks.
- Customized/monogrammed items.
- Fragrances and opened personal care items.
- Gift cards and store credit.
7) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
- Items damaged through wear and tear are not considered faulty.
8) Cancellations & Order Changes
- Contact us promptly to request changes before dispatch. We’ll do our best, but it’s not guaranteed.
- Once shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
- Pre-orders may be canceled prior to allocation unless otherwise stated on the product page.
9) Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for an extended return window until January 15 of the following year, provided items meet standard eligibility requirements.
10) Packaging & Presentation Requirements
- Include all tags, branded boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories.
- Place manufacturer’s shoe boxes inside an outer shipping carton.
- Items returned without essential packaging may incur a restocking fee or be declined.
11) Price Adjustments
- One-time price adjustment honored within 7 days of purchase if the identical item is marked down on our site in the same size and color.
- Excludes Final Sale, promotional bundles, and limited releases.
12) Regional Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are based in the EU/UK or other jurisdictions with statutory cooling‑off periods, please contact us and we will advise on your specific rights and return instructions.
