Every order is carefully prepared in our New York facility and dispatched with premium carriers. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase and a tracking link once your parcel ships. Delivery timelines below are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or customs clearance.

United States

  • Standard (UPS/FedEx/USPS): 3–6 business days
  • Express (UPS/DHL): 1–3 business days
  • Signature may be required on orders over $500
  • PO Boxes ship via USPS Standard

Canada

  • DHL Express: 3–6 business days
  • Duties & taxes available to prepay at checkout (where enabled)
  • Remote areas may require additional time

EU & UK

  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days
  • Prepaid duties/taxes option at checkout (DDP) where available
  • Customs inspections may extend delivery windows

Rest of World

  • DHL Express: 3–8 business days to major cities
  • Duties/taxes may be due upon delivery if not prepaid
  • Some destinations may have carrier limitations

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders placed by 12:00 EST process the same business day; otherwise, next business day.
  • Orders placed Fri after cutoff, weekends, or US holidays process on the next business day.
  • Preorder/backorder items ship upon arrival; you’ll be notified with updated ETAs.
  • Split shipments may occur at no additional cost if it speeds your delivery.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

United States

No import duties. State and local taxes may be collected at checkout where applicable.

Prepaid (DDP) Destinations

For many destinations including EU, UK, CA, AU, and NZ, duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout for a smoother delivery experience.

Pay on Delivery (DDU)

For countries where prepayment is not available, local duties/taxes are collected by the carrier at delivery. These fees are set by your customs authority.

Refused Shipments

If duties/taxes are refused and the parcel returns to us, outbound and return costs may be deducted from any refund. See our Returns Policy.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • Delivery attempts: Carriers typically make 1–3 attempts before holding at a local facility.
  • Signature: Orders over $500 or with high-value items may require an adult signature.
  • Missing or stolen parcels: Report within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan so we can assist.

Address & Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO ship via USPS Standard only.
  • We can’t ship to freight forwarders where risk is identified.
  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch; once shipped, changes must be coordinated with the carrier.
  • Remote area surcharges may apply; delivery times can be longer.
  • Weather, customs, or carrier delays are outside our control but we’ll help expedite where possible.
  • Hazardous materials restrictions may limit availability of some services.
  • Orders flagged for verification may require an ID match to protect against fraud.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders are shipped in protective packaging designed to minimize waste while preserving garment quality. Where possible, we use recyclable materials and right-size cartons to reduce our carbon footprint.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders process in 1 business day. US Standard delivers in 3–6 business days; US Express in 1–3 business days. International DHL Express delivers in 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship primarily with UPS, FedEx, USPS (US Standard/PO Boxes/APO/FPO), and DHL Express for international destinations.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellation.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Weekend delivery depends on carrier and region. Express services may deliver on Saturdays in select areas.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Please notify us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan. We’ll open an investigation and assist with a resolution per carrier policy.
